CLM Education Program Level 1 Prerequisites 

To request acceptance into the educational program applicants will:

1. Attend a three day CLM retreat or a one day Level 1 workshop

Complete the following after the retreat or workshop:

2. Review program requirements (available on the CLM website)

3. Submit a typewritten letter to Rev. Paul Funfsinn requesting acceptance into the program stating the reasons for wanting to enter at pfunfsinn@yahoo.com and a CC to Virginia Chapin-Sheff at vchapinsheff@bigplanet.com.

4. Submit a 2 page reflection of your spiritual experiences during the retreat.

Upon Acceptance into the program and to finish the application process please submit: 

1. Enrollment form received with your acceptance letter to update personal information (which would include your Name, Address, Phone Number, email, website.)

2. First level tuition payment of $500

Please submit a check payable to Celebrating Life Ministries. You may send the check to Celebrating Life Ministries, PO Box 1064, LaSalle, Illinois 61301. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you may do so at the end of this page, or by calling our voice mail box at 815-224-5730. Payment options can be arranged if so desired

4. A photograph of yourself

5. A copy of the three levels of the educational program (printed off of the CLM website). Check off anything you have already read (in preparation for a conversation with Virginia). Mail a hard copy to Rev. Virginia Chapin-Sheff, PO Box 373, Saunderstown, RI. 02874. Keep a copy for yourself.
